Two New Endorsements

Gardner Security has recently received not one but two endorsements - one of our fair and honest methods of trading and the other for high standards of Health & Safety.

Darren Sheppard, our General Manager, is pictured (left) receiving the Buy With Confidence Certificate from Councillor Lionel Barnard, West Sussex County Council's Cabinet Member for Public Protection, and hard on the heels of this presentation, we heard that we had been awarded CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) accreditation.

We're always willing to give advice on security matters, and it doesn't have to involve a purchase.

Although CHAS relates specifically to the construction industry, we always apply the same stringent H&S standards wherever we are working."

Buy With Confidence was set up by the Trading Standards Service to establish high standards of trading by businesses. The scheme is intended to demonstrate a commitment by the business to fair and honest trade, and a commitment by Trading Standards to support business.

CHAS has been developed by Local Authority, Health & Safety and Procurement professionals with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, to share information with Health & Safety professionals from other organisations. CHAS compliance means Gardner Security Ltd has demonstrated sound understanding and management of Health & Safety and current legislation.
